Our hair is our crowning glory.
As well as complementing our outfits and personalities, it gives us the confidence to face the world everyday and be on top of our game. Losing our hair would shatter our confidence in an instant.
I know, I’ve been there.
Way back 1998, I had a small thin spot in my head but I didn’t pay attention to it until it grew noticeably larger in 2003.
I found out I have Cicatricial Alopecia, an inflammatory condition that destroys hair follicles, causing scarring and permanent hair loss.
I’ve visited a lot of specialists hoping to find a cure so I can be my old self again.
I tried a lot of prescribed shampoos and steroid shots in my scalp but it still remained the same.
It became clear to me that my crown would never be the same again so I accepted my hair reality.
This is why I started the Kafune Hair Consultation
...to help those women like myself regain their confidence in a new way - wearing lace wigs.
